Would You Believe It From A Keller Agent?

Filed under: Episodes Posted on July 3rd, 2009

palm21Since the launch of Project: Reality Real Estate I’ve received a few emails from Keller Williams agents wishing me luck on my new journey. I have also had a few state that they wished that a Keller agent would have thought of it first.

Assuming that everything goes as planned and we do reach our goal, my question to you is….. would the consumer believe it more coming from a Better Homes agent or a Keller Williams agent?

As a Keller Williams agent, would the consumer think the test was fixed?

Please feel free to comment……….I’d like to hear your thoughts on this.

It does not matter the agency in my opinion. Its the agent, the commitment to success, good goal planning, followed by implimentation of systems to reach those goals…any agent, at any office, can set similar goals if that is what they want to do. At least that is my opinion. Keep up the good work girl!

Sarah – I agree with Rich. I don’t think it matters what real estate company…I applaud the idea and look forward to the progression of your program.

I don’t see how it could be “fixed,” as the sales were made or they weren’t. The MLS data can’t be manipulated. However, the result coming from a non-KW agent would still resonate more for me; it would indicate that the habits are transferable and the results aren’t reliant on environment or any other “friendly” variable.
