The Bandy Vlog – Follow Your Dreams
So you have this bright idea and your exploding to just tell someone………
Then the feelings start to set in, you know the ones that say:
- What will people think?
- Will it work?
- Can I do it?
- Financially how will I do it?
You want people to rally behind you and embrace your thoughts and ideas, in reality, almost validate them.
Question is….would you be that rock of support when the need arose?
I caught myself doing the same thing people did to me and I had to take a step back and say “remember Sarah”?
All it takes is for one person to believe.

Dear Sarah…I’m hoping that Patty Springsteen will get one of my many letters I distributed and join us on this project…I would like Bon Jovi’s wife to join us as well…I have BIG plans…I just want to say this, if you’ve ever made a bet anywhere,… Atlantic City, horse racing, or anywhere you can spend your money and the odds are against you, well save all your money and bet on me…It’s a win-win bet…I will finish this letter by saying this, the Chief of police and the other two officers who pulled me over on September 23rd (Bruce Springsteens 60th birthday), ALL believe in me…Lets make this happen…
I just want to say hi to everyone starting to follow my dream…I feel that I need to kick this up a notch, so here goes…I am a 46 year old (young) woman…:o) I’m a single Mom of 4 great children…I was born and raised in the Bronx and moved to N.J. when I was just starting 8th grade…Growing up in the Bronx was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had…My family of 5, lived in a small apartment “in the projects”…I grew up with a mixture of color and religious beliefs…We all got along so well, never fought or ever considered anyone to be better or different…No one even knew the word prejudice existed…I was the person everyone came to when they wanted their hair corn-rolled…We all played sports, cards (spades) and just hung out every day together…We always had something to do and no one was ever left out…We had one steep hill and always prayed for snow when it was cold outside…My Mom used to sit on a very long bench with all the other Moms…I remember, it was always like being on Oprah at the bench…It was wonderful…We all seriously cared about one another…I do miss the people I grew up with…I hear some families are still living there…The only difference now, is that you have to be buzzed in, in order to enter the building…(that’s so sad)…My family moved to New Jersey in 1976 when I started 8th grade…I moved out of my house when I was 19 years old after graduating college…Two years later, I met Bruce Springsteen at Zanadu’s in Asbury Park a block or two from the Stone Poney…”The Bangs” from Union City was playing…I was with my ex-fiance, my brother and his girlfriend…Someone said look there’s Bruce Springsteen…I went over and said hi to Bruce not REALLY knowing too much about him…Bruce invited me to sit down…I was 21 and Bruce was 34…We each had a drink and talked non-stop for over an hour and a half…Bruce thought I was hilarious as I was trying to sell him a Jack La Lanne membership…We also talked about his new Born In the USA album that was coming out 1 week later…I realized how long I was away from everyone so I said I have to go and we gave each other a hug…As I was leaving, Bruce said bye Sandra without the S… “I will never forget you…you are so funny!!”…I said “yeah right”, then Bruce said “really, I won’t…To this day, I haven’t told anyone the story about meeting Bruce up until recently…But, when I explain how my name sounds, I always say it’s Sandra without the S…I got that from Bruce…lol…The only people who knew was my fiance Jimmy, brother and his girlfriend…We never brought it up again…Recently, I got in touch with my ex-fiance Jimmy to ask him a few questions about that night back in 1984…I left a message for him to call me in the morning…The next day the phone rang, and the person on the other end said “hi”, is this Sandra without the S…I couldn’t believe he remembered…If he did, so does Bruce!…I just want to throw in that Jimmy’s son just got drafted to the Boston Redsocks as a pitcher…:)I have such a big Oprah story…When everything is set up the right way, I want this project launched on the Oprah Show…My journey in life is quite a story…I’ve been a single Mom since I found out I was pregnant with my 4th child…My youngest will soon be 14…My oldest is in her 4th year at college and is going to be a heart surgeon…My son is in his 2nd year and is going to be an Engineer, and my other two children are mostly staight A students…They all have played and still play sports…Me, well I have my CDL License, Hair-dressing license, Bartending certificate, sold just about everything at one time or another, have been taking care of elderly people, up to 5 per day for 15 years (mostly teachers parents)…and, I’ve been going to school for the past 2 years (even summers to be an RN)…All my P’s & Q’s in life have finally fallen into place…I am ready, with my heart and soul to make my project work…I will be done very soon with my last 2 classes, (which I am taking now)…As soon as that’s done, I will move 100% forward to make this all a reality…I know this may sound a little crazy for me say this, but Sarah, I just want you to know, that you are really lucky that I am giving you this opportunity to be a part of my project…We met for a reason…This whole experience that we are about to go through, will also make your dream grow too…My dream will create so many jobs for so many people…Seriously, go with your gut! Hi, to everyone following my dream!!! My goal is to have our pre-launch party in Hobokon at a place called TEAK on the hudson….Gerald and I went into the City on Friday Nov. 20th, to get ideas on pricing my product…We parked in Hoboken and took the Path train into the City…Gerald who believes in me, my product and the second part of my dream (which is the most dearest to me)is helping me full time to make this all happen…That was the first time I’ve ever takin the Path train, and every been to Hoboken…What a great day it was!!! We will have a BIG pre-launch party I am praying by April…We already have a hugh launch set up in May…I just need to work on one piece of the missing puzzle first…I’ll keep everyone posted!!! Hi, to everyone still following my Dream!!! I just want to fill you in on a few things…I’m almost done with my last two classes at College…I will be graduating(Dec.17th)…:o) I have to say that I am a little overwhelmed by all that I have going on but, I must say that I will finish and graduate…I can’t wait until then, so I can put myself full-time into making my dream happen…I am still going strong and I know in my Heart and Soul (no doubt) that this is going to happen…I have HUGH plans…HUGH…I do want to know (in about a 2 – 3 months when things are really set) if you want to video My Pre-Launch Party at the TEAK on the Hudson… Let me know when I reach out to you then…I’ll keep everyone posted once in awhile (in around about way), where I’m at in my dream…My dream came alive when my Mom brought something to me ( on Sept. 12th) and asked if I wanted it…That started it…The next day I went over my friend Scott’s house to hang out for a little while…That’s when I heard Bruce Springsteen, for the very first time singing Working On A Dream…He was laying back on the stage staring up in the ski; just looking up and being grateful that working on his dream came true… and, look at the opportunity he got…I was proud of him…not sure if I could even call Brue my friend…I mean I only hung out with him for an hour and a half when I was 21…I’ve asked myself why have I always had in my mind my dream being linked with Bruce Springsteen…After hearing that song on Scott’s big wide-screen TV and Bruce just laying down and looking up, my dream came alive…I fell to my knees and cryed like a baby…You know the kind of cry when you hold your baby for the very first time…I told Scott that I had to go…I left my friend and went to the bay…That’s when I wrote my very first letter…I’m not going to say (yet) who else I’m asking, but I must tell you, (actually) I promise that we WILL make a difference…I will invite the ColtsNeck Police… Also, this WILL be a radio event, as well as the lady from the Press (I mean why wouldn’t she want to be there writing this story…and someone else:)…I am going to make my dream happen and by the help of everyone positive and ready to make a change…The only thing is, I wonder if that club will be big enough…hmmmm Also,… something BIG in May!!!… then The Big Kahuna Launch on Oprah…

Oh, I’m getting a little anxious…I can’t WAIT until my last two classes are done… I should of been filming my story (this whole time) on how I got this far in such a short amount of time…You see, I’ve had this idea in my heart and soul for about 12 – 13 years now…My dream came alive on September 12th…By April 12 or 13 2010, I want to have our Pre-Launch party, and we will! My story is a great story…I have big dreams…I bet everyone, that as soon as my dream comes out, #1. life will be brighter for many, many, many people…#2 be on the Oprah show, by no later than Oct 9, 2010 (if not sooner

Hi again to everyone following my dream…this letter is long, so go, get a drink, sit down, and enjoy!!!..I want you to read something positive…Here goes!…I want our product to be in commercials…Where people are dancing and having a good time (like in the Barcardi commercial)…I want our product to be sold in Stadiums all over this great big world of ours…I want our product sold in night clubs, restaurants, on cruises, etc., you name it…Just because it should!…I want the word to spread…I want people like Jennifer Lopez, Mark Anthony, Jayzee, Beyonce’, Sean “Diddy” Combs, etc. to support my 2 part dream…We will make enough to pay for the second part of my dream…That is just as equally big!…My Company will create jobs all over the world…We need a brighter future, for us and our children…I believe that someone much much higher than I am lead me on my journey for a reason…I do believe this is going to make our world alot brighter…I just can’t wait to bring it alive to everyone…Oh!, it’s going to happen… Cont. on next page..
Cont. page 2…There is a bet going on with me, Gerald and my very first WELL known Promotor…They bet me that Bruce won’t respond to my dream; I bet them that they are wrong (5 bucks…lol)…They hope I’m right…I just feel it in my heart & soul, that once he gets wind of it, Bruce and Patty Springsteen will want to help make my 2 part dream happen …and so will many others…My practical and final has changed…The last day of school is Dec. 21st…Yikes!…I think I’m going out for a drink or two after my final, lol…Yipee! then I will get my Associates Degree…cont. to page 3…
cont. page 4…By going back to school, just gave me back myself…Knowledge is a wonderful thing!…It has changed me back in a way that I thought I could never feel again…I told my Professor a little about what’s going on…She wants to come when we film…Yeah!!!I should probably start writing a journal as of today…Let’s see; I worked out, went to school, worked, cooked dinner and went to the mall, shopping with a bunch of kids…Oh, and throughout the day I was on the phone working on my dream…Sarah, thank goodness that you still have all my notes that I wrote from my heart…By me going back to school, on top of everything else, and graduating, is a big accomplishment for me…I believe that there should be musical instruments learned and played in every school…I hope to make enough, (with everyones help), to help that need also…One or two things at a time…:) Playing an instrument, is one of the greatest gifts ever…I played the violin from 3rd grade to the 12th grade…I am so excited to bring this all together…I have to say that I only have a certain amount of people working for free right now…I am so grateful…They believe in my dream as well…I do know that I have to be patient…But, after Dec. 21st, watchout! here we come…I should be studying for my practical right now…Oh, there is so much to know!…I am VERY glad that I started shopping for the Holidays (since the beginning of Sept)…I am almost done!!! Yeah!…Friday I will be at Madison Square Garden at the Jingle Ball Event!!…Maybe I should try and fling one of my letters, up on stage…hmmm lol…

) in the Bronx, at the Community Center in the projects where I lived…Yes Projects…some people say I shouldn’t use that word to describe where I lived…Well, like I tell everyone who is helping me make my dream a reality, I say what’s from my heart and it is what it is…Now, everyone loves how honest I am, and enjoys the time they share with me…I am onto something REALLY BIG!!! I swear to you, and my followers it will be…My Company will make a difference…and I still, pinky promise that!!! Sarah, I want to invite you to be part of my dream and us both film…We are already setting up my event…We, wanted to have everyone meet in the Community Center, but know that this event is going to be so big, that we are now looking into our Elementary School…I want the press there and everything…Alot of great things, are reeaaally, starting to happen…It’s going to be bigger, than you can imagine…I mean, I never went to school to be a marketing kind of person, but I know, what I will be doing, is marketing from my heart and soul…I am bursting with energy, and can’t wait to make my 2-part dream a reality…Let me tell you something, if Bruce Springsteen doesn’t want to meet me after this, then, oh well…but I know in my heart and soul he will…I just know…Oprah in 6 months tops…No shit!!! Yes, I said a bad word, or, really is it? I am also working on, having a popular singing group, come to sing at my event, our event…

I’ve decided to take Microbiology/Lab…I start back January 27th…3 days a week… My friend Lisa, is in my class again, thank goodness!…We help each climb over those mountains you get every so often…My professor helps also…I mean, I came this far attending college,… besides everything else I do…You just have to believe in yourself, to the fullest!!!…That’s what I do…School is getting addicting

Hi Sarah…, and hi to everyone still following my dream…You will be happy you did, trust me…You will be so shocked to really know, how busy I’ve been with making soooooo many things work in my life…I haven’t read any of the 16 comments that I originally wrote, since I wrote them…I think I’m ready to read them again…I am overwhelmed with emotion, passion, drive,… and I’m on a train ride…I’m taking people who believe, I mean, really believe, in my WHOLE 2/part dream, for one of the greatest journeys ever! It was born, at just the right time in my life…I will make that happen!!! We, will make that happen now…I’m sure I’ve said all of this already…Like I said, I haven’t read any comments in awhile…:) I really haven’t…I have picked up, really good people on my journey…They have all camped out already
…I haven’t even paid them yet…That’s how much they all believe…Well, the lawyers are getting paid, and manufacturers…We are working with a great Manufacturing Co.,… they believe this is all going to happen, Why?… cause they believe in me…They have literally thanked me for choosing them…This is all so true…I swear it is…I wish people would work 24 hours a day, so I can speed things up a little…I am ready, with all my heart and soul to make this all happen…My dream started in 1984…It came alive Sept. 12th, 2009…Sept. 13th, my dream was born…literally…I walked into my friend Scotts, living room,… and on his hugh, wide-screen t.v.,there was Bruce Springsteen on Channel 180 the Superbowl network … Bruce Springsteen, was lying back on the stage, staring up at the sky and Working On A Dream came blasting over the television…Holy Sh**, I literally dropped down to my knees and cryed like a baby…You know, the kind of cry, when you saw and held your baby for the very first time…My dream at that moment, came alive…I couldn’t make any of this up if I tryed…Sarah, I’ll see you 2 weeks from today…Today is January 11th…Thank you for keeping the Faith…:) I won’t let you down…pinky promise, Andra xo
