I was about to begin to film a video blog when my client called through.

I decided to allow the cameras to continue filming because I wanted you all to see the interaction between my client and myself.

I really do think he is extremely funny and I truly enjoy working with him and his family.

I know that they will be so happy living in Colts Neck.

I received an email from a Viewer named Michael. Michael wanted to confirm that we do actually send out 16,000 post cards a month and he also wanted to know if we would allow him to design a marketing piece for The Bandy Group to use in one of our monthly mailings.

I think that is a fantastic idea!

We are absolutely open to having the viewing audience submit a piece that they have specially designed for us.

If we choose your piece….we will not only use the marketing material, we will also invite you to come on the show or if you are not local, we will do a video conference with you and we will film it on our end.

We were on location at Perkins in Colts Neck New Jersey. In this scene, I was making sure the Director and Producer knew to get the Perkins sign in the shot due to the fact that I’m always there …lol.

Those of you that are friends with me on Facebook and follow me on Twitter will understand.

Michelle funny enough came to us through HomeGain when she was doing a home search for her parents .

Now she will be working closely with our dedicated team of HomeGain agents.

Please help me welcome her aboard.

The team looks to act immediately as they only have two weeks before the doors are locked behind them.

They know that with filming, hiring and now the additional pressures of having to hire a Public Relations firm, everything must be done correctly or it could cause a problem for the project.

With the direct mail pieces now delivered, are celebrations in order as Sarah goes on a listing appointment in response to the postcards?

Assuming that everything goes as planned and we do reach our goal, my question to you is….. would the consumer believe it more coming from a Better Homes agent or a Keller Williams agent?

As a Keller Williams agent, would the consumer think the test was fixed?

“Why would you want to do that”, was their overwhelming response.

Aside from the obvious, being that I am not an agent with that organization, some wanted to know,

“what would you get out of it Sarah”?

A lot!!!! I exclaimed……. I don’t think they were expecting that reaction from me.

As a former Keller Williams agent, I’ve had the opportunity to attend both a Family Reunion and a MegaCamp conference. I have to admit that they were both truly amazing.

Can one conference…. one person…..one word….. change a persons life?

I believe it can because it happened to me.

Speaking to touch someone in a significant way is a motivational speakers dream. Seth Godin single handedly accomplished that feat at the 2008 Family Reunion conference  held in Atlanta where he was the keynote speaker for the event.

Talk about meant to be……please click here to read what I went through to hear Seth’s speech.

I was sitting in the audience when Seth said “be remarkable”…..”whatever you do….be the best in the world”.

Soon after this conference Project: Reality Real Estate was kicked into high gear.

so you see…..one conference, one person, one word can and did change my life.

I hope to have the opportunity to attend this years Mega Agent Camp. I can only imagine with Nick Vajucic as one of their speakers what an agent can draw from living a life with purpose.
