I had a meeting yesterday with a mortgage banker that I met 14 years ago.  Who would have thought the tables would be turned on me.

This is what happens when you leave a 12 year old and a director alone.

While I was busy in the conference room with my client, my daughter was begging the director to film her. This was the end result……talk about pressure

In this video, I answer the question “Which part of the Keller Williams MREA book are you following Sarah”?

I am working with the “haven’t met” portion of the book.

The book talks about your Mets and Haven’t mets and so I have decided to follow the haven’t met portion that indicates to touch the same 16,000 people once a month for 12 months.

We are going to be adding other parts of the book to help our progress along.

If you are familiar with the book and would like to give your opinion please reach out to me….would love to talk to you.

Sarah talks about an anonymous email that she received which instructs her to ask Keller Williams agents if the MREA system works.

The naysayer doesn’t think the book works and ask Sarah her opinion.

Being only 5 months into a 12 month process, Sarah quickly states her position.

Sarah then ask Keller Williams agents to step up to the question challenge and give their views and opinions on the book.

Does the MREA plan work?

Has it worked for you?

Which part…all, none?

The team looks to act immediately as they only have two weeks before the doors are locked behind them.

They know that with filming, hiring and now the additional pressures of having to hire a Public Relations firm, everything must be done correctly or it could cause a problem for the project.

With the direct mail pieces now delivered, are celebrations in order as Sarah goes on a listing appointment in response to the postcards?

Watch and see!

Then the feelings start to set in, you know the ones that say:

1. What will people think?
2. Will it work?
3. Can I do it?
4. Financially how will I do it?

You want people to rally behind you and embrace your thoughts and ideas, in reality, almost validate them.

Question is….would you be that rock of support when the need arose?

I caught myself doing the same thing people did to me and I had to take a step back and say “remember Sarah”?

All it takes is for one person to believe.

Will you be that one person to someone?

I notice the following comment on my Facebook page from a realtor in Gilbert Arizona named David Dion.

DAVID DION: There are two definitions of win/win on this planet, and you are obviously not following their definition… How can we help???

I of course took this as a negative comment.

Did I read it too fast? Quite possibly but either way I was going to pick up the phone and get to the bottom of it. I thought “who is this guy saying I don’t follow a win/win philosophy”?

DAVID DION: For clarification on my comment above. I am 100% in support of Sarah and everything she is doing. I was making reference to the KW statement of “win/win or no deal”. It seemed to me that Sarah was working hard to prove the principles in the MREA book are valid and work, which would have been a phenomenal endoresement for KW. Someone at KW must … Read Morebe seeing it differently.

I happen to think the book is true and valid and it is possible to net $1,000,000 using it as a guide. Maybe we will test it too and prove it works.
