So what is Lucky Strike Social Media Club you might ask?
#lssmc the brain child of Rob Hahn or the Notorious B.I.G as most of us who read his blog have come to know him, is a group of professionals in real estate, law, finance, marketing, technology, and PR who find the intersection of tech, social media, and real estate a fascinating topic……this definition comes straight from the man himself.
The group meets monthly for food, drinks, and discussion on various topics and has become extremely popular with many guest, not only locally but from all over the globe.

I received an email from a Viewer named Michael. Michael wanted to confirm that we do actually send out 16,000 post cards a month and he also wanted to know if we would allow him to design a marketing piece for The Bandy Group to use in one of our monthly mailings.
I think that is a fantastic idea!
We are absolutely open to having the viewing audience submit a piece that they have specially designed for us.
If we choose your piece….we will not only use the marketing material, we will also invite you to come on the show or if you are not local, we will do a video conference with you and we will film it on our end.

We were on location at Perkins in Colts Neck New Jersey. In this scene, I was making sure the Director and Producer knew to get the Perkins sign in the shot due to the fact that I’m always there …lol.
