After being served with a notice to vacate the premises, Sarah and the team must quickly look for new office space.
The team looks to act immediately as they only have two weeks before the doors are locked behind them.
They know that with filming, hiring and now the additional pressures of having to hire a Public Relations firm, everything must be done correctly or it could cause a problem for the project.
With the direct mail pieces now delivered, are celebrations in order as Sarah goes on a listing appointment in response to the postcards?

Then the feelings start to set in, you know the ones that say:
- What will people think?
- Will it work?
- Can I do it?
- Financially how will I do it?
You want people to rally behind you and embrace your thoughts and ideas, in reality, almost validate them.
Question is….would you be that rock of support when the need arose?
I caught myself doing the same thing people did to me and I had to take a step back and say “remember Sarah”?

I notice the following comment on my Facebook page from a realtor in Gilbert Arizona named David Dion.
DAVID DION: There are two definitions of win/win on this planet, and you are obviously not following their definition… How can we help???
I of course took this as a negative comment.
Did I read it too fast? Quite possibly but either way I was going to pick up the phone and get to the bottom of it. I thought “who is this guy saying I don’t follow a win/win philosophy”?

I was making reference to the KW statement of “win/win or no deal”. It seemed to me that Sarah was working hard to prove the principles in the MREA book are valid and work, which would have been a phenomenal endoresement for KW. I happen to think the book is true and valid and it is possible to net $1,000,000 using it as a guide. Maybe we will test it too and prove it works.

The Bandy Vlog – Cutting Real Estate Commissions
Would you show a listing that paid out a low commission rate to the buyers agent?
Recently I made the decision to lower my commission rate to help out a homeowner who is going through a divorce and will be left with very little money if and when her home sells.
The clients soon to be ex-husband files a court order demanding that the judge force the homeowner and I to increase the commission to 6%. His reasoning for filing this motion is that he feels that a realtor will not show the property at the lower commission rate.
